Roots of the Grove, Big Garden Party – Nov 7th.

Roots of the Grove is having a gardening party to plant their third yearly crop. Bring your gloves and shovels and participate or just show up and volunteer. Master gardener Andres Mejides will be showing how to best plant your veggies. The Garden is at: 3616 Day Ave. (corner of Plaza and Day)

Order of the Day:

8 am – raised beds will be constructed

10:30 am ( set up foods/begin barbeque)

Noon – 2 pm    Planting event – Andres Mejides  The Master Gardener will address the group  to explain important matters regarding the care taking of the garden and then he will show each gardener team how to plant their vegetables.
